"I don't even know where to start. Even before we got there, I felt like we were going to be well taken care of. They contacted us to let us know how to access the property, as well as the address for the BnB to have ease of direction to get there. "I would say this feels more like a hostel than a hotel. The best part is its central location in Old San Juan. The front desk staff were helpful and friendly. We appreciated their recommendations for restaurants and parking lots. The complimentary drinks at the bar and rooftop are nice perks. The lobby is nice. "It was our first time in Puerto Rico, and this is truly the best location. It’s quiet, with great restaurants and things to do all within walking distance. The beach is less than a five minute walk away. Yuli and Virgen were incredibly kind and made our stay feel so welcoming. Everything was always spotless, they’re amazing! They even provide sunscreen and sunblock. We will definitely be coming back to this hotel!"

"Honest review. Me and my daughter had the bunk beds room for 4 nights in March. Upon opening the door we could not fit our carry ons without some struggle. The distance from the bed to the wall is barely 20inches, we are both under 120 pound, and short. For 4 days one of our cases was under the bed, the other one under the bathroom sink... No storage space. Every single piece of clothing was damp at the end of our trip, no moisture control. You can't see the tv from the lower bed, and the air...
