"Excellent location. I walked to the beautiful river park to jog in the morning. The hotel is well managed. I asked them to adjust the night curtains. The staff showed up right away and explained that i probably moved it back and forth too fast so the automatic system was a bit confused. They also lent me a voltage converter (220v to 110v) and accommodated a late check-out. The hotel is right next to major landmarks. Amazing views at night. Easy access to the Subway. Lots of gourmet food...

"Very friendly staff, among whom was someone apparently with artistic talent and passion who left cute welcoming notes with drawings in our room. Front desk gave us a free upgrade to a family room when we checked in as a family of three without us asking. Free shuttle to the airport. We had to depart at 5am to catch a 8am flight. "There is no pool no laundry no restaurant like it is mentioned on the siteweb. There is a mall no far away though called (Florentia village) and has a couple of places to eat including Kfc and an italian restuarant. Inside the rooms you can easily hear the person in the next room. Airport shuttle is avaible but be ready to wait about 90 minutes in between the pickups and its in T2 gate 25 its a red bus. The hotel is very big and is 14 minutes from the airport. Be ready to use your translator...
