In comparison to other hotels on our trip the service here was most thorough and caring. My birthday was also celebrated during my stay and staff prepared balloons flowers window art and cakes. Truly special. Thank you!"

"Great stay. Super comfortable. Mancy at front desk was very helpful extending my stay. The gym and spa are good. A bit messy and limited water but sauna and steam room were excellent."

"The location is in walking distance to People’s square metro station. Our room has a great view to the Nanjing road walking street, the bund and the oriental pearl tower. There are many coffee shops, local food stores nearby. The room is quiet and spacious, and well maintained. The staff were very nice and helpful. Overall a great stay. "
