"We truly enjoyed our stay at the Salinda! The resort is beautiful and we enjoyed the overall layout of the resort. The pool area is wonderful and relaxing. We didn’t get a chance to swim in the ocean due to rough sea but the beach area was clean and the sand soft. There were pool chairs for everyone and very attentive pool staff. "I stayed here before COVID. On this second stay, the hotel did show some wear and tear, but overall, the room is still quite clean. The only disturbance is the construction of something nearby - jackhammers on full blast. There is also a new public beach, with a bar that is right next to the hotel. Some of unregistered guests even venture into the hotel/pool area - very unsafe. I hate that the hotel allows people to kayak right on the beach where swimmers are - also unsafe.
