There were two incidents in which privacy and communication was a problem but overall glad to have had the chance to stay there. Breakfast was excellent and includes their famous egg coffee if you ask. "

"The hotel is right in the heart of the Old Quarters, I really loved the style and the design of the room. The staff was amazing, really kind, happy to help and assist in any situation. The breakfast highlight was the fruits for me. I used the shuttle service and it was on time and very good. Totally recommended and I would come back."

"Breakfast was available but I didn’t try. This hotel is at the center of everything, so most places were walkable. Lots of dining option. Hanoi is older so a lot of the outside noise could be heard from the rooms. But that’s the beauty If it all for Hanoi."
