"The hotel facilities and hospitalities were excellent. One of the main reasons I booked this hotel was that it advertised that it has an onsite tennis court. Unfortunately, tennis court was recently leased to external company and they had converted into pickleball courts. Which was a downside for me."

"Everything is fine and I am very happy to stay in this hotel. Very clean and well maintained. My suggestion to improve the stay experience is: I would like to suggest to change the television with one that allow you to switch the audio output to a bluethoot device. In this mode, everyone in the room can ear the television using the auricular of the cellphone without disturbing. In this mode no noises from other rooms and if someone want to sleep and your partner want to watch the tv it is possible without noise.."

"My family of 4 stayed in this lovely hotel twice, during our 16 days in VietNam. The staff, including the front desk Anna ,Angela and the doormen/ porters were extremely helpful. They gave us advice on where to eat, tours available, etc. Most helpful was allowing us to leave our luggage with them, when we took side trips to SaPa and Halong Bay. It relieved our anxiety, and everything was fine when we came back. Daily breakfast was very good, and rooms are spacious and clean. I highly recommend this wonderful hotel."

"Have stayed at the vin pear several times always an enjoyable experience, staff are polite and helpful, check in was speedy, room spacious and fully functional, very comfortable bed, breakfast has a good choice of both Asian and Western fare, although at peak times it can be hectic. Down side, although the location is excellent, nights can be noisy especially at weekends due to the beach parties, Biggest downside is that the Hotel pre booked airport transfers are extremely expensive we were quoted 1,400,000 dong for a transfer , however we managed to easily arrange a drop off for 500,000 with a private company. Maybe an area for improvement. Overall another great 5 days looking forward to staying again in the future. Sally and Dave York’s "
