What an amazing complex with beautiful surroundings and a wide range of activities. However, there are also some downsides. The distances within the resort and the reliance on buggy service can be a bit stressful, as it often involves waiting and can be time-consuming. The spa is a wonderful place, very relaxing and comfortable. The service is excellent, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended. The spa operating hours (10:00–19:00) can be challenging, especially for guests in Eden treatment villas where massages are included per night per person. It requires careful planning in advance and is difficult to fit into daily plans spontaneously. Overall, the service is excellent and the staff are very kind and attentive. The hospitality is outstanding. However, in terms of cleaning, food quality, and some smaller details, there is still room for improvement for a 5-star resort in this price range. That said, thanks to the excellent support from Ms. Vi, we still had a great experience overall, which is why we ultimately decided to give 5 stars.

Unforgettable Family Vacation!

If I can give Premier Village Phu Quoc 6 stars, I would. From check in to check out, everything exceeded our expectations. A shout to all the staffs with a 10/5 services, especially Chloe (QC Manager), Vinh (buggy driver), Hannah (The Market breakfast). Their patients, attentiveness, warmth hospitality made us feel like VIPS. This resort is so stunning, with a private white sand beach for guest to snorkel, kayaking, swimming. They also offer free ticket to Kiss of the Sea water show, it is so spectacular. I have seen many show in United States and Vegas, but this show is by far so much better. I also travel to the North shore, but the vibes is too busy and Vegas vibe for us. Thank you Premier Village Phu Quoc for an unforgettable family vacation, from Villa 801!

Clean nice stay. Big beautiful villa. All the Staff are very friendly. Very windy in December with the wind blowing all day to include at night making it hard to sleep. My son enjoyed the kids zone. The sunset beach was disappointing as there is no public bathroom available and we continually found pieces of glass in the sand. The water was cloudy, not like the photos.

I was stay 10 days at room 223, it was an amazing resort, the beach was nice and clean, nice view, the room was so clean and absolutely spacious and comfortable with every single thing. The staff was so friendly and respectful, even Mr. Patrice Laudrein who is the General Manager of Premier Village came to the Market Restaurant breakfast buffet) every morning to say hi ad care about every customers, the food was good. I would love to recommend to everyone for someone who would like to to enjoy the lovely resort and beautiful beach, and I would love to say thanks Premier Village staff for all.
