"This is an exceptional hotel in Ninh Binh. Our room was beautiful and the bed so comfortable. The bathroom had a beautiful bath tub and power shower. What makes this hotel is the staff starting with the concierge who organised our trip for us, he is a credit to the hotel who could work in the top hotels in Mayfair, London where I’m from. Our check in and out was seamless and when we left for Hanoi we had an amazing send off by the staff. Thank you so much Legend Hotel, will be back next year for...

"ホテルの紹介ビデオが流れるようになり、より洗練されたサービス提供を期待してしまいます。開店当初から比べて、スタッフの英会話能力も高く、欧米のお客様への対応もこなれてきました。廊下やロビーが暑いのはやむを得ないのかもしれません。
夏になると肌掛けがシーツだけになってしまうため、冷房を効かせて眠ると風邪をひくので、タオルケットのような少し厚手の掛け布団だと、助かります"
