"Three night stay for two very busy days in London. EXCELLENT LOCATION as is near metro stations. The 'Colombian Coffe House' next door is an excellent solution for breakfast and were most helpful to us. "My daughter came in with serious jet lag and I kept misplacing my key card (or forgetting to bring the card when exiting my room😬). The staff members were gracious each time I went to get another key card. Polite and courteous behavior every time I interacted with them from the front desk to the cleaning crew. The price was also about 1/3 the amount compared to neighboring hotels. Lastly, how cool is it to be 5 stories underground "

"While the rooms are small, they are more than adequate for one person. The room was clean and equipped sufficiently with a hairdryer and tea making facilities. It must be said that the bed was very firm but honestly it didn’t really bother me (I’m usually a soft mattress sleeper). There were no issues leaving my bag in before check in and it was brought up to my room when it was ready. It was in an excellent location, just a short walk from both Oxford Circus and Tottenham Court Road stations...

"Clean and comfortable, great kitchen, plenty of room, very nice showers. Absolutely loved the windows. Fun location by Chinatown with access through a courtyard. Convenient location to all things London. BUT you must be able to climb multiple landings of steps (with luggage at beginning and end of stay). Our family enjoyed this property so much that we extended our stay by a night. Digital communication was easy, access codes for apartment entry. "

"We were welcomed with a glass of prosseco and very lovely staff. On our day of departure we were offered umbrellas. Maybe update website to tell customers the wellbeing centre was closed as we took costumes unnecessarily. Room was lovely and had all we wanted.
