"The accomodation was lovely, the beds were really comfortable, and the staff were always friendly & helpful. We knew parking might be challenging, but we were able to park easily overnight in street parking for minimum fee. It was a bit sad that the in-house restaurant and bar closed in November, the Star man restaurant next door at Hyatt centric was nice & all the staff worked together to help us & make sure we enjoyed our stay. "

Das Personal war äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war perfekt, besonders die noch warmen Croissants haben mir sehr gut gefallen. "Lots of gangs of kids hanging around, and not a safe feeling area. Property lacked basic things that you’d expect in a hotel. No one on site to contact to rectify things. Not a good place to stay. "
