"I like that they was available to get a room, I did not like having on 2 sets of towels for both twin room with 3 adults in the room(shared towels or would have had to pay additional $15 for a set that had to be turned back in. Also they took the used towels and washed them before giving back to use versus just giving us another set. The staff was nice and it was good considering last minute due to a prior motel issue."

"If I could leave a comment with photos I would. There were cockroaches the size of a bic lighter in this room. Couldn’t get deposit back until next day+3-10 business days. Which I understood. But I left by 8:30 PM after checking in, getting food, coming back and seeing the pathetic excuse for cleanliness. No refund. I ended up sleeping in my truck on my jobsite and paying for the room. Nasty. "

"The property was in like-new condition. Staff was attentive. The full-wall tile mosaic of a birds-eye view of downton Columbia was stunning; I would not have thought this would be found in a motel. Only complaint: The bathroom exhaust fan was terribly noisy and came on with the light. The design engineers for this chain should specify a quiet fan, such as Broan, and a separate switch.for the fan."
