"The valet staff were great, the location was great in the heart of everything but our room was very dirty upon arrival. We had staff enter our room FOUR times during our stay, once was housekeeping first thing in the morning, frustrating but okay. The rest of the times were by staff who did not announce themselves nor did we request anything. When we tried to bring it up to the front desk they shrugged it off and denied it? Very unprofessional and extremely disrespectful."

"I had an amazing stay at The Moxy. The location is perfect, with plenty of restaurants, bars, and dessert spots within walking distance, or you can just hang out at the hotel bar or grab food from the taco bus. The staff was great, the rooms were clean, the beds were comfy, and I had a nice view. You do have to pay for valet parking, but it's totally worth it."

"One of the two elevators had a problem - it was not able to go to a certain floor.
We were put on this floor and when I asked to be moved I was given a hard time because I booked through Expedia.
They were supposed to come the next day to fix the problem so I didn’t make a big deal of it but the repair was delayed and after the repair was done the issue persisted. Ours was a short stay but it was inconvenient & frustrating.
The hotel was not sold out, I don’t care how I booked the room, good...
