The window leaked so badly during a rain storm, it took 3 bath towel to soak up all the water. At almost midnight staff were bringing towels to us to clean up water.
Floor in room was dirty, sticky. Black hair in shower.
Breakfast buffet closes at 9:30 staff was cleaning and putting away items by 9:15 and asking guest to move out of the way.
All ice machines were not working.
The website and in-room materials falsely advertise a on-site bar and restaurant that has been closed for months. This is deceptive marketing.
This is not the level of service I would expect from Hyatt.
We talked to the manager Brendon upon check out. Told him that we were not happy with the level of service, cleanliness and the negligent maintenance resulting in a safety hazard, compromising guest safety due to water intrusion. He said there was nothing he could do as we booked through Expedia. I understand payment is with Expedia, but the experience is with Hyatt. I expected a proactive approach to this issue, rather than a strategy to avoid it.
Our stay was dissapointing as the service level did not align with the the expected premium Hyatt brand.
