"Really neat place right in the center of Folly. Everything is walkable from here. Parking would be tough in the summer months, but once you park, you probably won't need your car again until you leave. Didn't eat breakfast on our stay as we always want to go to the Lost Dog!"

"Clean room, friendly staff, Air conditioning, continental breakfast was included, access to (sm.)workout room there was an outside pool on the property however it was closed for the season. Several restaurants beach and mini golf in Walking distance. The only downside and the reason for giving 4 stars instead of five was due to the smell of the room. "This is one of the best places I have stayed at Hilton Head. We go about every four months down there, and I was looking for something new (to us). Very close to the beach free parking. I felt safe. The staff were so nice and accommodating. I was surprised at the reviews, but I still wanted to try it after looking at the location and pictures. Spark was the same price as the one we previously used for the same price. People definitely need to check this place out. You will not be disappointed. "
