"The Marshall Creek Rest Motel was a delightful stop after a long day at Dollywood. "Our stay was excellent. The inn is very close to ‘downtown’ Gatlinburg but far enough away to be relatively quiet. Our room’s balcony directly overlooked the West Prong Little Pigeon River. Staff was great—attentive and prompt. The bed was comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay. Great for a couple looking to get away. "

"We wanted to stay somewhere different after visiting the area many times. Wow! We were highly impressed by the location, the view, the hotel itself and its front desk associates. The underground parking was convenient. The only drawback was the $16 a day parking fee not included in the room. Bed was super comfy, room was clean and the balcony gave a spectacular view of the town and mountains. Elevators were quick and easy too. "Everything was excellent! The only downside was the parking fee, as some hotels do not charge for parking. Additionally, finding a parking spot can be difficult if the hotel is full. Other than that, everything was great! The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay!"
