"We only stayed one night but our stay was great. We weren’t able to get into our room early, which was perfectly fine, so they were able to keep our bags for us. Once we got back to check it, it was easy peasy! The room was very clean and typical of NYC size rooms. Plenty of space for the two of us. Bathroom was a decent size as was the shower. "This hotel was a home run from the get-go. I pulled right in and the valet took my car, and then the wonderful woman at the front desk gave me an upgraded room which had a beautiful city view. I was able to check in early with no charge and my room was great. I met my daughter for brunch in the Nomad Diner and the service was great and the food delicious. I highly recommend staying here! We easily walked everywhere. "

"Room was clean daily. During the snow storm the staff was very helpful and available 24 hours. We did have to extend our stay and there were rooms available and was able to do our laundry for free and they provided the laundry soap. Wash and dryer were alao clean."

"Did not use the gym. We bought coffee at the shop downstairs because the breakfast lines were much too long at the times we wanted to go. Beds were comfy, noise level was good. Shower was hot but does have to run for a long time to get hot as opposed to warm-hot. We used a plastic tablecloth and wall putty to cover the shower wall as the shadow show would have been an issue for us. Great location! Excellent, helpful, pleasant staff. Plenty of closet space. Wish there was a microwave in the room....

"I was stuck here during the blizzard of ‘26. It was fine. The room was hot but the window opened. Being unable to manage the temperature in early menopause is my only complaint. Brooklyn Diner was open and the food was great as well as the bloody Mary! "
