"The room(s) were nice enough for us, clean, safe. Comfortable bed, clean sheets. We were asked to move to another room because of maintenance issues. This was fine for us but when waited almost 2 hours for a staff member to come to move us. Martha and Pedro were very nice and helpful. Hot water in the showers was very inconsistent, and we never felt we could count on it to be available. Often it would go cold while one was IN the shower and would have to rinse with cold. Some kind of shared kitchen, or a microwave would have been nice, just to heat something up or make tea/coffee."
