Although the location isn't the greatest the hotel itself is spectacular. When I saw the pictures of it on Expedia I decided I had to stay there and I was not dissappointed. It is a beautiful hotel with staff that cater to your needs.

The room was clean, the amenities inside were great, with several things in the bathroom ready and anticipating our needs. The staff was always kind and helpful. The building is amazing with all the hostory of this building and always clean and tidy. The Christmas decoration is great and very attractive.

Stunning hotel!

We loved our stay at this hotel, it's a beautiful building with stunning views of the Zocalo from the hotel restaurant. The room was very spacious and comfortable and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really nice with lots of variety. I highly recommend staying at this hotel!
