"The property was beautiful and very clean. An older hotel but gives that historical México City Vibe. Great location for shopping and museums. The Cafe is amazing and very accommodating. The restaurant upstairs has a great view and the food and drinks are wonderful. The staff is great upon check in but after that we felt we didn’t exist or like we were intruding. Coming in and out of the hotel, we were no longer greeted or offered drinks and most of the time didn’t even get a hello or goodbye....

"Splendide établissement de style Art Nouveau et très bien situé dans le centre historique mais je conseille plutôt de le visiter que d'y loger. En tout cas, éviter suite jr avec vue car mal insonorisée et très bruyante notamment la nuit à cause des activités diverses sur le Zócalo."

"Everyone at Casa Donceles was extremely welcoming and accommodating. The room was also very clean and larger than we expected. Not to mention it is a very short walk to some of the best historic sites in the city. We will definitely consider staying here on future trips to CDMX. "

"The breakfast package we purchased with the room, was not that good, in my honest opinion. we only ate it 1 of the 3 mornings we were there. thankfully, there are lots of restaurants and pastry shops in walking distance! but the hotel was 10/10! very nice staff, the rooms are beautiful and spacious and clean! would stay here again, just wouldn't purchase the breakfast package or eat lunch at the hotel."

"This hotel has ruined me for all other hotels! This boutique hotel was a peak experience for our stay in Mexico City. It is located on a lovely, quiet street, only about a 10 minute walk to the historic city center sights of the Cathedral, the Zocalo, and Templo Mayor. The surrounding streets are pulsing with foot traffic and small shops. It is not tourist territory and it feels very safe, even as night falls. The hotel itself is gorgeous architecturally."

"Camera pulita e letti comodi, c’è tutto il minimo disponibile ma per l’asciugacapelli e telecomando del condizionatore bisogna fare richiesta alla reception. L hotel si trova vicinissimo alla piazza di Zocalo e nei dintorni ci sono tantissimi negozi oltre il corso. C’è anche la fermata metro e offrono anche il deposito bagagli "

"Estás muy cerca del centro, hay muchísimas tiendas por ahí e incluso zonas turísticas como la Torre Latino, la Catedral, Palacio Nacional, el Zócalo, Bellas Artes, Correo Mayor, etc."
