"Our 2nd time staying here and we love the onsens here! The dinner buffet was delicious and so many food choices! The staff are friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed the free ice cream and drinks and snacks that were offered everyday. Very convenient access to Yunnessan Waterpark. Lots of entertainment and kid friendly activities. We can't wait to come back again!"

"Nice hotel, very clean. Helpful staff. 10 minute walking from subway station. Lots of dining options, but no public bath and need to pay extra for the pool. Second stay there, would return. "

"Really beautiful facility overlooking Lake Ashie. A two minute walk from the hotel to the Archie Lake boat excursion,and the cable car excursion, which is definitely not to be missed. . But the best part is extremely helpful staff throughout the facility, who are fluent in English, very pleasant. I go out of their way to be helpful. Definitely a very nice place very nice place to stay. We would definitely come back again."

"The hotel description is very misleading. The rooms are extremely small, and the double room is one tiny bed (the same size as one bed in a twin room). The decor is extremely outdated, the bathroom is tiny, and you cannot change the heating in the room by yourself meaning it is either too cold or too hot. You need to call reception to adjust the temperature. The Onsen was fine. Definitely very overpriced for what you get."

"Staff are friendly and accommodating! Free breakfast and the free bus back to Kawaguchiko station is very helpful! It is also close to the Lawson Fujikawaguchiko Town Hall."

"Spacious room with comfy bed and excellent amenities. The room was too hot on arrival. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Bar and restaurant looked ok but very quiet. Used complimentary drink vouchers for a quick beer but nothing made us want to linger. Hotel was a 15min walk from the rail station so easy to get to trains that go to the Alps."

"This is a beautiful hotel set up on the hill above Lake Yamanaka with a gorgeous view of My Fuji (when not raining)! We only spent one night, but would definitely stay here again! The room was clean and comfortable, the building was clean and maintained, and the breakfast buffet was fantastic!"
