"This is my first stay in the hotel. The room is spacious and clean, with a beautiful view of Mount Fuji. The location is excellent, as there is a free shuttle bus to Kawaguchiko Station and the Shinjuku-Kawaguchiko bus stop right at the hotel. "This hotel had the best vibe on our trip to Japan (4 hotels altogether) - the room was spacious, bathroom clean and big (they had the best hair dryer), staff super friendly and accommodating (free umbrellas) and location was perfect. Highly recommended!"

"It was an exceptional hotel with an excellent customer service and amazing facilities. Breakfast was never the best. Everything served was great food.
