Loved this location. Walkable to the train station with all the perks of a typical Onyado Nono accommodation. This location is perfectly maintained, the staff is friendly, and the food is exceptional. One of our favorite Dormy Inn experiences in all our travels. You won't regret staying here!

The room was very clean and well-organized. Didn't have our room cleaned daily but did get daily towel change, which was very easily arranged. The onsen was great...quiet, clean, rarely crowded with both an indoor and outdoor tub.

Fantastic hotel - really pleasant interiors and spacious, well cleaned and maintained rooms. Very close to the station but still quiet. Great views of the surrounding mountains. Highly recommend!

Staff were courteous. Bed and especially pillows were not comfortable. Pillow felt like I rested my head on a backpack full of books although I think they advertised that you could ask for different pillows. Window shade did not do a good job of blocking out light from train station. Room was clean. Overall I thought it was overpriced compared to what I paid for other hotels in Japan.

Absolutely love this hotel. The tatami mats are comfortable and clean to walk on barefoot , the onsen hours are so accessible, the drinks they provide daily , everything was amazing !

Clean and great staff

Entire hotel was clean, staff was friendly, onsen was clean and had good views of the city. The free snacks and drinks went a long way. Would stay here again, and would consider staying in another dormy hotel

A great experience from the beginning. Easy parking across the street. Efficient checkin even when there was a tour bus. Small but comfortable room. Convenient location. Good breakfast and fantastic onsen walkable to everything.

The best. 5 min walk from Matsumoto station, just past the busiest streets. Love the clean floors when everyone is asked to take off shoes and clean the suitcases’ wheels. Very friendly and helpful staff. Onsen was very nice. Superb value for money option.

Nice, clean, and good value

Nice, clean, hotel with a carpark lift & free parking. Onsen area is nice and clean, with free yoghurt drink and ice popsicles. Welcome beverage is also a pleasant surprise for guests.

The hotel is in a great location, very close to the train station and convenient for exploring Matsumoto. One of the highlights is the onsen – clean, relaxing, and very enjoyable. Upon entering the hotel, you’re required to remove your shoes, which adds to the traditional Japanese atmosphere. The room itself was fine – clean and tidy – but unfortunately, the bed and pillows were not very comfortable, which affected the quality of sleep. Overall, a very good experience. I would rate the hotel 4 stars.
