The view from my room was remarkable! Made waking up everyday so pleasant. Room was clean, staff very accommodating and kind. Would definitely stay there again my next time in Niigata

The hotel, room, and service was excellent, but this is a place you would need to be driving (parking 1000yen a day unlimited reentry), or are prepared to taxi around, otherwise access is somewhat difficult

Well-maintained, spacious room, helpful staffs. Breakfast is good, lots of choices. Location is great for taking ferry to Sato Island but quite far away from attractions and shops.
