"Perfect. Everyone was friendly and eager to help. Check in was a breeze, the room was clean and spacious and beautiful with a muraled ceiling. Everyone spoke English, the breakfast was just right, and they even made us a to go breakfast bag on departure day. We stayed for one week and walked everywhere. The location is within a few minutes of most everything. We would split our day up and always came back to the room for a breather."

"Very nice room we stayed in, with decent bathroom and shower. Very clean, and comfortable. Excellent location for seeing the sights. Not easily accessible by car if you're driving, so watch out. The host was very helpful and made our stay and welcome pleasant."

"I did not see anyone/ employees. I did not know how to get open front door. Another guest told me to use QR code. Luckily my phone works in Florence, the first time (to get second floor access). When I called the hotel again, to reach an employee, my call did not go through. I tried to call via the website and using country code, no luck. I wish I had known prior, about how to access entry into the hotel."

"Nice room for one or two people. A/c was great! Nice view of market and street area. The person on staff was super helpful. Continental breakfast was adequate start to the day. Allows leaving bags before checking in and after checking out. You will have to walk in from a block or two away due to busy market in the streets during the day"
