Best overall stay in my whole trip to Italy! Great location, 2nd floor take your time on the stairs. Great amenities! Lovely kitchen, Apartment is very clean! nice beds very good Ac, Lovely bathroom! Host was amazing! They left a bottle of wine for us! we really appreciate it! I highly recommend this place you won’t be disappointed!.

Lovely suite with modern and charming upgrades. Host Francesca was very responsive and helpful. Neighborhood and location are great, Duomo is very close and visible from the apartment. Lots of great restaurants and shops nearby. All of our tour pickup points were less than a 15-minute walk away, as was the Firenze Santa Maria Novella (main) train station. This property served as a fantastic home base for our one week exploration of Tuscany including the Cinque Terre and Venice. Would definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Fiorino Duomo Cosy Suite! The location is absolute perfection—being so close to the Galleria dell’Accademia and the Duomo made attending our early morning museum slots an absolute breeze. The apartment itself is very comfortable and well-equipped. Having a washing machine was a huge help for our family, and the efficient air conditioning kept us perfectly cool during the hot summer nights. Our host was also extremely helpful and welcoming. We would highly recommend this suite to anyone travelling to Florence!

Clean, nice apartment, so close to duomo that you can see it out window! Lots of shops and restaurants right out your door. Very steep stairs to get up to first floor to reach apartment, a bit challenging with larger luggage. Close to train station. Owner very responsive and helpful and left nice bottle of wine for us and when they allowed us to extend our stay they gave us another one! Great to have laundry in apartment and kitchen amenities too. Great AC especially during heat wave of summer!

Great location! If you look out from one side of the window, you can see the Duomo — such a lovely surprise. there are several nice restaurants just downstairs — all with delicious food. There’s also a supermarket just across the street with really good price, which makes it easy to grab some breakfast items or groceries. The apartment is clean and tidy, with handy washer and dryer. The living room stays quiet at night once the windows are closed. Both beds are comfortable! We really enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend it!

Excellent location. The Duomo was visible up the street. 3 minute walk to Accademia. Supermarket across the street. The manager was easy to communicate with. Nice to have in house laundry.

スタッフのフランチェスカさんはとても親切です。鍵の受け取り方法を丁寧に連絡してくれました。また，不明な点は快く教えてくれます。設備という点では、コンドミニアムタイプなので洗濯や料理ができる設備が整っているところが優れているところです。他方で、セーフティーボックスが使えなかったり、バスルームの排水口からの悪臭は改善がなされることを期待しています。 ドーモに近い立地にあるので、改善がなされればさらに快適な滞在となるでしょう。
