The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable staff were accommodating. It had an elevator which was nice as we were on the 3 floor. There was breakfast provided but at a cost there were lots of places close by to grab a bite for all meals. Close to shopping and we were able to walk to train station So much to see and do in the area which was just a short walk away

Great location for visiting all the major sites. Large room an very nice bathroom. ELEVATOR! VERY helpful english speaking staff. Just 5 minutes from a great restaurant (Foyer) and 10 minutes from Lavanderia Manfredi where they will waah/dry/fold your clotges in 1 day at reasonable $.

This was a stay to shower and sleep for a few hours. When we arrived during the morning hours, our host stored our luggage for us. Location is a quiet and not so touristy area, but at the same time close to the center; easily reached with a 15 min walk. Staff is extremely helpful; our host arranged for a taxi to pick us up the next morning at 3am for a very early flight. Rooms are simple and comfortable. Don't expect a luxury hotel.

Fantastic place and very reasonable. On our the door to the left in it is straight down the road to the Duomo and Ponte Vecchio. Amazing staff super helpful and breakfast is lovely.

A wonderful spot to stay in Florence! The rooms were nice, spacious and very clean. Our hosts were also very nice and helpful. The location was great and could easily walk to attractions and restaurants. Would highly recommend!

Overall ok room and building. Abt 20 min walk from center of Florence attractions, so it’s not v close. Old bathroom and v small. Breakfast was basic and from supermarket. On the good side, staff (Fabio) was very helpful and communication regarding after hours checkin etc was helpful. Elevator was useful

Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The location was good and walkable. The place was a little tricky to find at first since there isn’t a hotel sign outside, so you need to look for the street number. It’s more like an Airbnb-style accommodation than a traditional hotel, and there isn’t staff on site 24/7. The walls are also a bit thin, so we could hear people talking in the room next door. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and had a good experience overall.

Location is good sprox 15to 20 walk to all main attractions, many places to eat on the way Hotel is ok rooms are nice, after 2 days we didnt get any new towels, girl at check at was lost, tols us taxi to train st was 10 euros but its 19 and she gave wrong address for pick up

Overall great location. The staff was very amenable to check in after hours (we were sent a code before arriving). The ventilation could be improved, or they could install mosquito screens so you can leave the window open at night.
