"Excellent service! Staff is very welcoming, professional and attentive. Breakfast is absolutely worth it- 12 euros/person (fresh fruit, pancakes, waffles, croissants, eggs and bacon, all kinds of coffee beverages freshly made, included with buffet. Great central location- you can see the Duomo! Also, less than 5 minute walk to Accademia (Statue of David). Ponte vecchio bridge is approximately 10 min walk. Relatively easy to catch a taxi- within a five minute walk of square, simply hail a cab....

"The room was big and lovely with a clean bathroom. The moment we entered the room after staying at hotels in Rome , we were like this is lovely. The staff were very friendly and the location was perfect. The hotel is a boutique hotel and really cozy from inside with old wooden paneling and a beautiful patio to sit in."

"Check in got less then perfect bc the hotel isn’t staffed 24/7 which caused a little stress. But the staff was great and made a plan for us in case our train was late (it was). Fortunately the manager was still here when we arrived. Great staff, great room, AC!!!, and really comfy bed. Would definitely stay again!! (Note I dinged them on price - but price was pretty comparable to all hotels iirc - so maybe the ding was more about hotels in general vs this one specifically)."

"Overall this is a great apartment - but the issue we encountered is related to the inaccuracy of the listing in regards to the beds. The listing states there are two double beds. It does not specify that the second bed is actually a pull out sofa bed. It's in a sitting room with sliding doors that does allow for privacy, but no bedside tables and the mattress is incredibly thin. It was not prepared when we arrived - I suppose because there were only two of us. We would not have booked if we knew...
