"Their check in process is so easy! You can do it yourself through self-service machines they have in the lobby. If you get stuck, the personnel is prompt and kind to offer assistance. The location is amazing with public transportation right in front of the hotel. The food was pretty good and not outrageously pricy for a hotel. If I get another chance to go to London, I'm definitely staying there again."

"Definitely small double room as per old London standard. You have to be physically fit in order to manage yourself in this tiny room. Comfy bed. Very clean. Friendly staffs. Worth the money. If you want bigger rooms, try looking at newer area like Canary Wharf."

Tea & coffee plus fresh fruit always available in lobby which is nice if you are on the go. Only negative was the lift was not working but the staff helped me with my luggage. Would stay here again. Great location — had a bus stop right outside, was within walking distance to multiple Tube stations (including Earl’s Court, which offers step-free access and was one direct trip from Heathrow Airport via the Piccadilly Line).
