"Lovely hotel but has seen better days. In need of refurbishment. The A/C in our room was very weak & the shower was broken. The room was really spacious & very comfortable bed. Unfortunately our room overlooked the railway line which obviously increased the noise levels. The staff were very friendly & competent. The pool area wasn't particularly clean & the men's steam room wasn't working."

"The hotel is located literally on Chelsea Football Club property so security is excellent regardless if you are returning late in the evening. My double room was spacious, bathroom was great except that it had the usual climb-in bathtub/shower combination that a short person like myself finds a bit intimidating. "We liked the location especially for the price. Raised a concern about the fan in the room but they sent a person to look at it and he said he’d get it the next day. That day came and went and the fan still didn’t work. We stayed at this location for 5 nights and the fan was more to protect their property. Everything else was fine. We did not use the paid breakfast as we went out each day."

Great location opposite Victoria and a taxi rank outside the hotel also. Walking distance to a great selection of restaurants and a full size Sainsburys as well.
