"A fantastic base for a London weekend. The staff were all helpful, accommodating and very attentive. Lovely breakfast with lots of tasty freshly cooked foods, great choice and nice dining area. Comfy, very warm rooms with plenty of room and everything we needed for our stay. Our only criticism is that after dropping an item that went under the bed we moved the bed to retrieve the item to find a lot of debris liked popped balloons and a few big balls of fluff. "The staff were welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. The cook didn’t mind making 2 breakfasts even though breakfast service was about to finish. Secure car park. "Visited to attend an event at the London stadium, location and room was excellent. However one fly in the ointment - we ordered a drink from the bar in our 1st evening (a Margarita) which despite costing £12 came in a glass the size of an egg cup and was as weak as could be. "The hotel is impressive, both inside and out. We stayed in a double room and it was spacious, spotlessly clean and the walk in shower was lovely. The only downside was our poor experience at check-in. The young man at reception wasn’t very welcoming & didn’t tell us that we needed our room key to use the lift (so we thought we were stuck!) Overall though, we’d definitely stay again for the great location and room comfort."

"This hotel is really good for its purpose. It’s a budget no frills hotel that is very clean with decent rooms. The staff are very helpful and all services work. Only negative is lack of restaurants nearby but there is a Tesco superstore. A little noisy with the window open next to the main road but close the window all good. Overall a good budget hotel within £25 Uber ride of London sights. "
