Rendezvous Heritage Hotel Queenstown

"We always love going to the Heritage. Great views and just far enough out of town to get away from the crowds but not that far to get back into town in 5 minutes. Staff were excellent and helpful. Rooms are very comfortable. Beds are comfortable too. However rooms could be cleaned earlier and before the late afternoon. There was one day our room was completely forgotten, despite us telling them we were leaving our room in the morning. I think there may have been a shortage of cleaners this time. They did do their best though. Not complaining. Restaurant and bar staff are excellent. We will definitely book there again."

"Beautiful location on the lake with a lakeside view. The water taxi getting in and out of town was great to avoid the traffic. Pick up bus from the hotel to the ski fields very convenient as we as ski rental shop."

"The rooms were very clean and serviced promptly each morning and there was a generous amount of hot beverages. Our grandchildren especially loved the family movie every evening and activities in the room. Staff were great! Appreciated the help getting taxis - again they were prompt, polite and clean. A big thank you to restaurant staff! They work hard"

"We stayed here for 8 nights and had a wonderful experience. The room was always spotless, and the housekeeping team did an excellent job throughout our stay. One of our kids' favourite parts was having breakfast by the window each morning while enjoying the stunning views . It was the perfect way to start the day. The restaurant and bar were both fantastic, with great food and a welcoming atmosphere. We also really appreciated the ski storage room. It was convenient, secure, and made it so easy to store all of our ski equipment after a day on the slopes. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting for a ski holiday. We would definitely love to come back!"

"Had everything you need for a one nighter. Parking can be very limited. Reception not clearly sign posted outside. Room was incredibly clean. Bit noisy with someone's children run around in their room close by till 11pm but good room for very short term. No restaurant on-site just a small shop that had noodles and coffee."
