"I contacted the hotel before my arrival regarding an urgent issue and unfortunately did not receive a response. Communication was disappointing and I was unable to obtain assistance despite several attempts to make contact. Based on my experience with customer service, I found the response to be unsatisfactory."

"Very convenient hotel, 10 min away from airport and on top of that they have an airport shuttle that you can request to take you and also pick you up from the airport! Just study the airport shuttle map they provide in their website so you know where exactly to met them when you arrive at the airport, it was a bit confusing for me lol but we figured it out. Beds and pillows are sooo comfortable!"

"Though the property is little distant from tourist places, it is easily connected to metro as well as Bus terminal (just 10-20 feet away). Daily room service, ventilation and accessible to wheelchair are main reasons for convenient stay."

"The room was cleaned, I was not expecting more than that as it is 3 stars hotel. The staff were excellents the breakfast was ok for the 3 first days. After that I was bored , it was the same every day. The fruits salad didn't taste fresh they put too much water. It tasted like the left over from the other day. The room was warm, I tried to switch the air con on, it never worked. I had to leave the window opened all the time."

"Really solid hotel. We had the deluxe balcony we 2 adults and child. Only gripe is lack of counter space bathroom and bedside. A small fridge would’ve been nice, but the front desk was happy to chill/freeze some items for us."

"Fue muy atento, y esta Muy bien conectado a las estaciones d emetro que te llevan al centro historico de madrid. Tiendas de todo muy cerca! "

"The apartment itself is nice however upon check out we left rubbish in our bin and some plates on the draining board. The lady at the desk made us go back and put the bins out and put the dishes away (dishes I can understand but this then means they are not cleansed properly for the next person staying). There were Two different receptionists, one was very kind and polite the other was very rude and ignorant. I wouldn’t recommend wasting your money on breakfast as all they had to offer was...

"Points forts : La jeune fille à l'accueil à mon arrivée le soir qui été sympathique et m’a donné toutes les informations nécessaires. La chambre est spacieuse. Points faibles : avoir des chaussons jetables et des produits d'hygiène directement à disposition qu’on n’ait pas à aller les demander. La propreté était moyenne mais pour de petits détails. Mais ce qui m’a le plus dérangé c'est l'odeur comme une remontée d’égou très présente qui avait comme imprégnée les meubles"
