Breakfast can not be simpler in European standard with that price. So we did not choose and did not witness any other guest, either.
Climate control has a box in our room showing a number, tempareture? No botton works. The actual control is the window one can use.
Staff speak mostly local language and can't feel any hospitality when they try to speak English;
Maybe because it is a "budget" hotel, one can find many items are budgeted, such as the noise proof, one can enjoy all the sound from any adjacent rooms, left, right, up and down, let along the hall way. In one case we thought there was an earthquake when your immediate neighbour close the door and that explaines why there are so much noise of people dragging their beds. We had to do the same to make the bed not touching the wall. Terrible arrangement. If one wants to have a rest, not even a good rest, please find another place. This is not one place but both ibis budget hotels we used. We might use ibis again but never their budget ones. We wish to thank them for letting us understand what "budget" means in English on top of Oxford ALD provides.
By the way, the distance from the Pantin STN to the hotel is NOT as said 3mins here or 2mins by ibis. It is a good a block and half away with the rough road surface. If one has luggage/s, one more reason to think twice. As matter of fact, the posted distance is the major reason why for us to choose. But it is a budget hotel and everything is budgetted except noise and distance.
