The rooms were very dirty. The floor, corners of the room, bath tub was very dirty and not cleaned. The ad said air conditioning, there was none at all and didn’t work. We had to sleep with the window open all night ( no screen) so the bugs were coming in all night. Woke up full of bites. We asked for new towels and it was like pulling teeth and they had to look in a back room and said they were the last two they had. Very strange. Supper buffet was good and relatively close to the metro. Overall probably wouldn’t stay here again due to the cleanliness.

The hotel was great for what we needed it for. We did ask the staff for some extra towels and pillows (because they were the worst pillows ever) and they said no which was strange. The area around the hotel was not the greatest and there wasn’t a lot of options for food

The hotel is lying: they say it's located at 5 minutes from the metro station, it's not true (it's at 30 minutes walking distance from the nearest metro station) Contrairement à ce qui est annoncé par l'hotel: cet hotel est loin de la station de metro, il est situé à une distance de 30 minutes minimum de la station de metro la plus proche, c'est un hotel isolé! Please keep in mind that the hotel is isolated, if you're taking public transport, it will be very difficult to find this hotel! On est arrivé par métro la nuit, et on a passé des heures à chercher l'hotel!!

We stayed there 10 days and overall the experience was disappointing for a hotel that claims family friendly. There was no coffee or water dispenser in the lobby, you had to ask the staff. Room had no coffee machine,iron, fridge and microwave in the room . Which made things difficult.one day we received old towel from front desk because we got late night. 4 night stay....Terrible, Rude, French Only Speaking No English check in male Host. Tried translating with Google. No understanding. No Ada room. No Ice for medication. Next morning. Professional host MR. YACOUBA greeted us with Bonjour and a smile. He was polite, patient, he gave me an ADA room. Ice for my medication. Next day a different Male. No Ice and Rude. Hotel was clean, room attendant polite. Rooms clean. Metro 10 minutes walk. Then Metro M5 18 stops then M6 21 stops to Effiel Tower. Time 1 hrs. I definitely will not recommend anyone to stay at this clean hotel with unprofessional and verbal nastiness people. Otherwise. Oriental man workers is also horrible manners.....Enjoy your stay.
