"Absolutely terrible customer service. Despite there being 24/7 check-in. I made five separate phone calls, to what seemed like an overseas call centre, to get into the building. It probably took more than an hour of standing/sitting on the pavement outside, with one call handler simply hanging up on me, to get into the place with a dying phone battery.
After eventually getting in, I was too tired to even utilise the facilities I had paid for like having a proper shower. Even then, there was...

"Lovely hotel but has seen better days. In need of refurbishment. The A/C in our room was very weak & the shower was broken. The room was really spacious & very comfortable bed. Unfortunately our room overlooked the railway line which obviously increased the noise levels. The staff were very friendly & competent. The pool area wasn't particularly clean & the men's steam room wasn't working."

"Reserved a single room which worked perfectly for one person with not too much luggage for a short stay. Room and bathroom are tiny but well designed and recently furnished. Window shutters work well to cut out light and noise. Appreciated the in-room water bottle, kettle and coffee/tea options. Staff were extremely helpful and central location is a huge bonus with easy access to several Tube stations."

"The hotel was walking distance from the underground and one stop to the O2 arena if you are watching concert. It is nearby to some restaurant and shopping stores underground.
The staff are very helpful. There is a kettle in the room and water. We had a good night sleep. Good for overnight stay."

"Great property close to the train station that is connected to the ExCel center (trains, not the hotel). The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and the staff goes above and beyond!
My room was large with a huge window seat where I could relax, get work done or just read a book while enjoying the view. The king sized bed was large and comfortable with high end sheets and pillows. The bathroom was huge and had a shower, separate tub, and great lighting. There were robes slippers and nice...
