"La ubicación es especial y espectacular. Piscinas espectaculares y vista al mar perfectas. No es seguro bañarse en la playa por sus fuertes corrientes. Tuvimos una mala experiencia con cucarachas parte trasera del deck con la piscina. Realmente eran miles."

"What did you like or what was unique about the property? I really enjoyed my stay at the property. The room was spacious, beautiful, and very comfortable. I especially loved the food at the restaurants—the quality and variety were excellent. The service was another highlight of the stay. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. I also really enjoyed the pool area. It was beautiful, relaxing, and a great place to spend time during the day. Overall, the property provided a wonderful experience, and I would definitely consider staying here again. What didn't you like? There were a few things that could be improved. The excursions were much farther away from the property than we expected, and we were not informed about the distance before booking. Having that information in advance would have helped us make a better decision about which excursions to choose. The lighting controls in the room were also overly complicated. Even our butler had difficulty figuring out how to operate some of the light switches, so they could definitely be made more user-friendly. Finally, the television was not working properly on our last day, which was a minor inconvenience. Despite these issues, we had a very enjoyable stay and appreciated the excellent service, food, room, and pool area."

"We stayed at this hotel for 8 days and overall had a very pleasant experience. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The hotel has several swimming pools with plenty of lounge chairs. A big plus was that the hotel was only about 50% occupied during our stay, so it was always easy to find a good spot and a chair near the pool. I’m giving 4 stars mainly because of the food. The breakfast selection was limited, with very little variety and many of the same dishes every day. We especially liked the steakhouse and Italian restaurant. Caesar at steakhouse was also very good and made the Caesar salad from scratch, which was a nice touch. The biggest area for improvement is entertainment. There was almost no entertainment during our stay. It would be great to have more live music in the restaurants and around the bars in the evenings to create a livelier atmosphere. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would consider coming back. With better food variety and more evening entertainment, this hotel could easily be a 5-star experience."

"If you’re looking for a relaxing, clean and spacious resort, this is it. We traveled with our 3 active teen and pre-teens. Stayed in the 2 bedroom/2 king overlooking the pool and the ocean. The room was awesome! We had plenty of room and were never on top of each other. 3 bathrooms!! There’s 3 pools so you never feel crowded and you basically have your own beach. The pool never closes. My kids were swimming at midnight. Staff is friendly and helpful. Food was great. We usually book all inclusive, this property is not so be aware. There’s not much going on as far as entertainment but if you’re looking to relax in a comfortable, clean resort, book this place."

"The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive from the moment I arrived until the end of my stay. The views are absolutely beautiful, and while the resort is quite large, the staff is always ready to take you around, which makes getting around very convenient. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and really enjoyed my stay. I would definitely recommend this place!"

"The room was immaculate and the service was top tier. They were all so helpful and attentive. You do get greeted by a time share person right away giving you a hard sell for the welcome breakfast but other than that no complaints. It was quiet sophisticated luxury. The food and drinks were also excellent at every onsite restaurant."
