"Fabulous views, enjoyed watching whales from our room and the pool. Sebastian the activities director was terrific - friendly and fun. One annoyance - people "claim" the lounge chairs by the pool, and leave the pool area - so there is nowhere to lie down even though most of the lounge chairs are empty! "

All the activities and games definitely make the time go by quickly and the drinks are excellent. "Beautiful resort. Consistent excellent food. The resort is very quiet, no music and by 8:30 it is a ghost town so be aware. Aside from the incredible views, food and drinks it is the staff that set this resort apart. When I arrived I was told, “Welcome home”. I do not want to leave anyone out because EVERY SINGLE STAFF member was exceptional. From our housekeeping to barrista to waiters (who literally ran to get requests) to activity coordinators teaching spanish and salsa. Cultural events were great especially Mexican night. My own personal fav was yoga 7:30 & 8:30 every single day overlooking the ocean. The instructor was excellent. The consistent schedule made it easy to attend. We will return!!!! (Only negative the gym is too small. There was consistently 4-5 people and it was too tight)"

The service was top tier from beginning to end with every single employee being more than pleasant and accommodating. The butler service was incredible and made our stay even more special (shout out to Daniel, he was amazing!) and don’t forget to book a spa day, it was an experience to die for! "
