"Nicely appointed boutique hotel for the price. Good sized room with efficient bathroom layout. Staff is super helpful. One of the quieter NYC hotel experiences I've had which was nice. Limited lobby space but great 24 hour coffee!!! Rooftop access also really nice!"

"The hotel is so charming, staff and are so friendly, welcoming and helpful. Location is superb in the heart of Greenwich Village with everything in walking distance and an adorable neighborhood to stay in. The rooms had such character. The breakfast included was delicious. "This hotel is in a great location and had a great look and feel. It was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again, but I do have a suggestion for the hotel that might help to take it to the next level. We were given some vouchers for a free breakfast each morning, but the free breakfast only came with one cup of coffee. You pay for refills. "The hotel was really understaffed. Check-in took 45 minutes plus. Getting anything brought to the room such as ice or extra towels would require a two hour wait. That being said the HOTEL bar was fantastic and the cocktails were delicious and the bartenders were wonderful."
