The 17John is well located in the financial district very close to Fulton station and provides a much larger living space and better price than a hotel, especially during our stay when the city was extra busy. Would stay again!

Great place in lower Manhattan! Easy to get in and out of to enjoy a day in the city and super accessible to the subway. Truly like coming and going through your own little apartment. Staff was super friendly and helpful.

I had a wonderful stay at 17 John. The property was centrally located in the FiDi district close to subway lines and many food amenities. The rooms are very large for NY standards and very modernized;remodeled. The location is on a quiet street so I had peaceful nights of sleep. The kitchen was a nice bonus which allowed us to cook some basic meals without having to eat out every meal. And lastly, the staff was extremely quick with communication and very nice. I would highly recommend staying at 17 John.

I stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment and overall it was a great stay. The property was clean and tidy, spacious, and in a really good location. The gym and lounge were both nice, and it was a great base for getting around the Financial District while still feeling a little removed from the busier parts of New York. Service was good overall, although I did have to ask twice for an iron and then follow up with someone by email before getting one. I’d happily stay here again.

Amazing spot, very clean inside and modern looking. Have everything you need, pretty much like a move in-ready condo located right in manhattan. Parking is non existent so if you’re driving search ahead for parking. 70 Grenwhich Ave is a good parking structure nearby , 10min walk. Other than lovely lovely stay, would for sure come back here again. Close to many attractions, restaurant ,many of which are late night spots.

This was hands down one of the best places to stay in NYC. Felt safe, great location, awesome staff, amazing amenities, very clean, beautiful rooftop, loved the gym as well as the laundry room. Luxury vibe, comfortable bed, 5 stars! Can’t wait to be back. Our 10 year old enjoyed it was well.

We experienced a 5-star stay! We adored the mood and views from the apartment. It’s walking distance from many shops and restaurants. We loved hanging out in the guest lounge as well. It was thoughtfully curated for relaxation! Any requests we had from front desk were quickly attended to by the great staff! We will be back!
