"We really enjoyed our stay, albeit brief, at the Ludlow. From the uniquely curated design in the lobby and rooms, to the excellent customer service, to the delicious Dirty French restaurant cuisine, we were pleasantly pleased. A one off I need to mention, was the in room breakfast-it was served luke warm, taste was sub-par, Was told to call the front desk for a glass Of water-not what we experienced during dinner at the Dirty French. We will definitely revisit the Ludlow again-keep it up! ...

"Strongly discourage anyone from staying here. Terrible service ruined our stay. When we arrived at our room at check in, the room had clearly not been cleaned or maintained: toilet was clogged with puke, pillow cases were stained, and the AC did not work. The hotel’s maintenance and housekeeping staff leave the premises at 5pm (check in at 4) and were not available to fix the room. The manager tried to switch us to different rooms, but no available rooms were fit: they all were smaller than...

"The things my husband and I liked about Dominick was that the room was spacious and quiet, the bed and pillows were comfortable and the shower was really nice. Also the location to the View studio was great. We did not enjoy the fact that they stocked the refrigerator and left snacks that were absolutely ridiculously expensive, $15-16 for gummy bears and candy bars,etc. Also the “amenities” are useless I asked about the steam room and was told it cost extra if I didn’t use the spa service,...
