"The location of the hotel could not be beat! Right in Times Square within walking distance of so many major sites and right near the metro station. The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. The check in process however was super slow. The line was extremely long with only 2 people working at the main desk. It took well over 45 min to check in. That being said I would still recommended this hotel to anyone going to New York. "

"Great location mean only one block from times square. Easy to access Transit and restaurants. Staff was incredible and our room was cleaned and freshened up everyday. The walls were not very insulated and our neighbors were very noisy and we could hear everything going on outside. That was the only downfall. For the price and location it was well worth it."

"Enjoyed our stay. The first night, there was a party in the room next to ours and couldn’t sleep. Sent a message to front desk and in five minutes, it stopped. Thank you for what you did. Next morning, took a shower and the tub drain wasn’t draining properly. Mentioned to front desk manager and was fixed. Thank you. Beautiful room, nice pillows. Would love to stay again! "Smooth check in and out. Bottles of water provided at front desk upon check in. Staff made me feel welcome. Great view from my room. Room is spacious, so as bathroom and closet. So clean! Only one restaurant which is Ok. Small cafe was already closed by the time our time spend in hotel. Eating Choice inside hotel is limited but many other choices around the hotel. Less then 10mins walk from Grand Central, which is an easy transport from JFK by LIRR and AirTran. I will stay here again. "

"I DO NOT appreciate the $30 per day charge which you only get back in food credit. With a Use it or lose it aspect. The server in the bar cafe could have cared less about service and the turkey BLT I had was awful. I have no idea how you mess up a turkey sandwich I do not know. And who did the plumbing renovation? Horrible handle situation-and the cable TV is atrocious. Clean, yeah, close to Times Square and theaters, yeah. But Oh boy, if God is in the details she is looking away from this...
