Probably what you can expect for NYC.
Room was clean but very basic for the rate. Big TV but that was it for amenities.
Restaurant was very expensive. Breakfast not included but available at a cost of $65! Continental was less expensive but still $35+. There is an option of items from the market shop but still pricy, coffee was good though.
Entrance off the street very small and looks seedy, you need to go up to 15th floor for the lobby which was OK.
There was a cash point in the lobby but it wasn’t working and nobody attended to it while I stayed there.
