"Clean room Staff"

"The staff was professional and friendly; knowledgeable and accommodating. Room spelled fresh immediately upon entering, and was clean inside. The thermostat did take a while to learn how to operate, but that's probably because I am a senior. Would be good to make known to guests about option to obtain a mini regrigerator for your room. Would select it again."

"The hotel was very clean! The maid’s were very helpful giving us extra trowels or anything else we needed. There is a fully cooked breakfast that changes daily that includes eggs, bacon, bagels and much more. Everything tasted great and it was hand made not frozen. There are plenty of various options for food, shops etc. If you’re going to Yankee Stadium it is within walking distance. We will definitely return!!"

"Room was clean. Staff super friendly and accommodating. Restaurant, bar, and nightlife -Excellent! That's what would bring us back. Rooms a bit tight on space, some small issues with faucets, tv, and shower door, but nothing that couldn't be resolved. Also the location is excellent - right next to The Apollo, great locales nearby, and very short walks to many subway lines. "

"I spent a night at Glo Best Western Hotel in the Bronx, New York City. It’s an excellent place to stay with your family. It’s in a good shopping center on the Southern Blvd. The 2 &5 Train station is just around the corner. They have parkin’ nice staff, clean and spacious room for breakfast. They only need to adjust their bath though clean. I recommend this hotel to every traveler who needs a place to spend a day or days in the Bronx. I enjoyed the place."

"There is no food available and no water in rooms I asked for a quiet room but unfortunately there was construction on both sides of the hotel and it’s New York!"

"Voco in Astoria is a great place to stay. It’s less than a year old and the rooms are soundproof. Across from me was the subway track and I could barely hear it. It was probably one of of best showers I’ve ever had in a hotel room. The restaurant serves dinner and breakfast. The food and atmosphere was amazing as well as the excellent Customer Service by the entire staff throughout the hotel. It’s a short walking distance to a subway entrance. I will definitely be returning there."

"Room was INCREDIBLY loud. I would not recommend staying here if you intend on having a good nights sleep. The elevators are a disaster. The room service is slow after 7pm. Front desk was less than enthusiastic to help. The Carlyle, The Surrey or even The Four Seasons midtown are better picks."
