"The grounds were amazing, pool and swim up bar were excellent (with a great happy hour!!). While the hotel is a little dated, the room was large with a neat little balcony to enjoy the sun. Since my return flight was at midnight, I originally needed to check out by 2 pm, but the hotel kindly allowed me to check out at 5 pm. This thoughtful gesture gave me plenty of time to relax and prepare without any stress.
On the last night, there was a thunderstorm with heavy rain, and the power went out for a short time. However, I completely understand this was due to the weather, and it wasn’t a big issue.
Breakfast, which was included in the room rate, was above average and very enjoyable. The food was fresh, tasty, and well-prepared, so I was happy with every meal.
I also appreciated the clean water provided at the sink for brushing my teeth. It’s a small detail, but it showed the hotel’s care and attention, which made me feel even more comfortable.
Overall, compared to the hotel I stayed at in Ubud before, the service here was far more satisfying. I truly appreciate the excellent hospitality and would gladly return. Thank you to the hotel team for making my stay memorable.
