"Hotel was everything it was guaranteed to be, however the staff was completely unhelpful and definitely did not do anything to change it. Concierge was rude, when asked if they had restroom while we were waiting for our room he told us to go across the street. Also when we asked for a bottle opener we were told they had none to offer."

My room was spacious and comfortable with loads of natural light. Great comfy bed and terrific pillows. The renovated bathroom was also spacious and I loved the toiletries being supplied.

"Pros-
The rooms were fine- small kitchenette, comfortable bed and pillows, water pressure was good, very clean and couldn’t hear noise in corridor.
Staff- friendly, professional and nothing was too much trouble.
The Mecure is attached to Bankstown Sports Club. You have the choice of 10 excellent restaurants and cafes. Staff were excellent. Facilities were spotless.
Parking- onsite and free.
Cons-
We started in room 801 which is next to the elevators. You could hear them going up and down...
