"My friend and I enjoyed a mini break for her 50th. We immediately got upgraded upon arrival. The rooms were fresh, spacious and comfortable. This hotel is situated in the heart of Brighton making eating out a pleasant experience - we were a few minutes walk from the lanes, packed with restaurants. I would highly recommend this hotel."

"What an absolute gem of a property! I come to Hove for business and have always stayed quite some distance away (Hayward Heath) due to the lack of secure parking at most properties in the area. So to find this fabulous property so close to my customer’s site was fantastic. Off street parking on the drive of the property means no hunting for a parking space. "Right on the beachfront and relatively accessible via the train station. I was there during a major heat wave and fans were provided. Short but great stay."

However the hotel looks very tired - my room had broken fixtures & sockets, ripped dated furniture, and no hot water in the morning. The bar had ants crawling over trays & cat vomit on the carpet.
