"lovely, hotel and excellent team, well placed in the Lanes. very pleasant place to stay. i stayed in a superior room facing on the access and was at times noisy, late night revellers, bin-glass collection at 5.30am - so not the best of sleep. i mentioned it politely, to be informed :-s that they try to accommodate long term guests in rooms tucked at the back of the hotel - if you stay here make sure to request a non-street, quiet room."

For a 4 star hotel the room was worn around the edges for example the plug socket for the kettle didn't work and the strings for the blinds were broken and then knotted.
