"The staff was beyond accommodating. They switched our rooms at no charge and the 24/7 room service was SO nice for our 4 year old who sometimes wakes up and needs warm milk to get back to bed. They are probably the sweetest and friendliest staff I’ve ever encountered. The hotel itself is on the newer side and was gorgeous - I would stay here over the Disney hotels any day. "Clean room and lobby. Love how spacious and useful the size of our room is even with a crib. We get to take a nice 2-3 hour break in the middle of the day of our Disney trip. It’s a very close walk to Disney entrance, according to my watch it was 0.6 mile walk from the lobby to the Disney entrance. This is our 3rd time staying here and would not choose anywhere else. Only complaint is the showers heads can use an update as the shower head was kind of weak. "

"Always enjoy the Clementine. It is quiet!!!! AC works well. When are you guys going to refurbish your spa and pool? Didn't get up for breakfast this time. Has always been good in the past. The workers at the breakfast are always on top of things. We did ask for our room to be cleaned. That didn't happen but no big deal. We like this place. No frills, just a good room at a good location close to the Toy Story lot. See you next time."
