"The reality is that the Alpine Inn is a motel, but the service is genuinely impressive - far better than I have received at recent stays with other hotels. Everything was clean, well looked after, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.
A small detail that stood out was housekeeping. We’d hung up our towels to reuse them, but they were replaced with fresh ones anyway. Most hotels push for towel reuse, so this was an unexpected touch.

"This hotel definitely wasn’t meant for families but rather conference goers. However, the staff here were all wonderful, friendly, and helpful with our one year old.
We experienced a couple of hiccups upon check in (room wasn’t ready, didn’t prepare crib or pull out sofa) but once we settled in it was perfect.
The pool area isn’t huge but great for us and our little one and my husband and I were pleasantly surprised by the quality of food in and surrounding the hotel.

"I loved that it was on the shuttle to Disneyland. The best time to get the shuttle is first thing in the morning and the evening. During the middle of the day, the shuttle doesn’t run as often. I like that with the shuttle you’re the first one off in the evening. They have a very beautiful pool and hot tub. Their breakfast was good and I recommend the Americano for coffee.
