"We travelled from Australia and stayed 16 nights. 2 adults and 2 kids 14 & 16. We had a one bedroom suite which offered two queen beds in a seperate bedroom with a lounge area, full size fridge and small Kitchen area which was perfect for our needs. Pros: Easy 15min walk max to Disney and Downtown Disney with plenty of dining options with in 10-15 mins walk or other easy options on your doorstep. Room was very clean and plenty of space for 4. Beds were comfy and cozy with an easy to use in room safe. Room faced West Katella Ave and was very quiet with no traffic or pedestrian noise, even during busier periods. Helpful, friendly staff on check in/out and through our stay. Excellent included breakfast, from Mickey waffles to cold juices, beautiful scrambled eggs and plenty of fruit, yoghurt and cereal options. Free ice machine and water options saved us heaps on buying water as we filled our bottles going to/from Disney. Cons: The only real issue we had and it’s not necessarily the Marriott’s fault but we had a couple of rainy days and out of the 8 dryers they had in the Hotels laundry only 3 were working at any one time across a few day period. They are run by an external contractor but still, it created a backlog of people trying to wash n dry clothes. Also, I think that $45 a night parking is a little pricey but it is probably standard for that area. We were so impressed this will be our go to on any subsequent visits to Anahiem 😁"

"The hotel has a classic feel but definitely feels new and modern in many ways. The layout has the feel of an 80s-style resort. Things are spread out, the rooms are in a separate building than the lobby, there's a pool, and the grounds are decorated really nicely. The decor feels very 2010s - clean lines, neutral colors, mixed textures. No one would be offended by it. And probably no one would be excited by it. I really appreciated the warm lighting in the room, rather than harsh cool lights. The tech feels maybe 5 years old. No USB-C, but there are USB-A and standard plugs by the bed. The table in my room was height-adjustable, which I thought was cool. The TV has streaming services built in, but you can't wireless stream to it from your own device. I have Marriott Gold status and should get an upgrade at check-in. I felt a bit gaslit as the front desk person tried to convince that by being on a high floor and having a full balcony I already had an upgrade. The 12th floor was indeed nice, though I wasn't facing Disneyland. And every room in the hotel that I could see had a full balcony. I paid for a lounge-access room, and I definitely wouldn't do that again for the price. The breakfast was continental plus eggs. The evening snacks felt a bit sparse, and alcohol wasn't included. And the lounge is back in the main lobby, so you can't just pop in real quick from your room. Overall I really enjoyed my experience. It is a very solid hotel. "
