"My wife and I stayed in a studio flat for 4 nights. The flat was spotlessly clean, the bed was comfortable and we cooked our breakfasts at the kitchenette. Our hosts were very responsive when we had questions, and we were able to leave our luggage after checkout for a few hours, which we appreciated. Close to the Rester Square station, walking distance to Euston, Kings Cross, even Covent Garden, so our trip to Liverpool was very easy. The tour bus to Harry Potter stopoed close by. "The Grafton Arms met all expectations. Super friendly staff and modern comfortable rooms (excellent AC!). Great location with access to multiple tube stops and plenty of great dining options nearby. The pub below closes at 10-11, so late night noise is no problem. There is no lift, so the stairs could be challenging for some if you are staying on the 4th or 5th floor. "

"Stayed one night for a special occasion and the hotel and room were perfect. The room was absolutely spotlessly clean and well appointed with a lovely fresh bathroom ensuite. Check in super quick and they kept our luggage after checkout until early evening for no extra charge so that we didn't have to find storage elsewhere until we travelled home. "We have stayed in many hotels and found The Academy to be just like a small, family run hotel. It was excellent. The staff could not have been friendlier and more helpful, particularly Felix and the ladies in the breakfast room. "Pros: Hotel was situated in an area which felt safe and was surprisingly quiet. Our room was clean and had convenient shelving which we used to keep our luggage organized. The bathroom was well lit and the shower had great water pressure and plenty of hot water. Very easy walking to a Tesco express, Starbucks, Chipotle, Goodge Street station and bus stops.
