"部屋、水回り共にとてもきれいでした。 滞在中の掃除は入らないですが、掃除機は自由に使えるので長期滞在でも清潔さは保てました。ただ、水回りを掃除できるものがなく、シャワー室の床にピンク汚れが出てきてしまったのでシャワー室を掃除できるものも置いて欲しいと思いました。 ゴミ袋が足りなくなり連絡したらすぐに届けてくれたり、不明な点をメールで連絡してもすぐにレスをくれたり、海外は対応が遅いイメージでしたが日本並みに早かったです。 基本的に不満に思うことはなかったですが、テレビが勝手に付いたり消えたりしたのと、洗濯機が汚かったのは気になりました。 洗濯機に関してはお客さまのためというよりもスタッフが清掃で使ったものなどを洗濯するのを使わせてもらってる、という感じでした。(ちなみに、洗濯洗剤は2回分部屋に置いてありました)"

"Our whole experience was fantastic. Simple check in, very friendly and helpful staff, fantastic location. You can store luggage before you check in or after check out without any concerns. The rooms were brilliant with enough facilities to get you by, while the location puts you in the middle of a restaurant or cafe for any meal you could want. The tube is at the end of the road."

"客室は余裕ある広さで、フローリングで清潔感もあり、施設も更新されていて快適でした。冷蔵庫あり。コンセントがいっぱいあったのもよかった。どこに出るにも便利なPiccadilly線・ラッセルスクエア駅からすぐで、高級スーパーのウェイトローズ、24時間営業の小型スーパー・テスコ、カフェのプレタ・マンジェなど近くにあり、便利。洗濯のメニューで1枚いくらではなく「4kg」という選択肢があって助かりました。スタッフも親切で、初日、11時すぎくらいに着いたのですがチェックインさせてもらえて、感謝です。よい滞在でした。"

"We spent Christmas eve and Christmas at the Kimpton Fitzroy and have no regrets. Such a classy establishment. Every inch of the facility is dripping in design. You want to spend time there. We had a wonderful time trying out creative cocktails in the bar on Christmas night and enjoyed our chat with the bartender. Everyone there was absolutely lovely. I would recommend it to anyone and I will definitely stay there again."

"Good location, in a quiet, pleasant street, close to King’s Cross Station. The room was clean, comfortable and just as described. The fridge was useful and it was lovely to have ice cold water and other cold drinks and chocolate biscuits included gratis. Check-in was smooth and communication was excellent. What made my stay superlative were the helpful staff and extra touches, like taking my cases up to the room while I explored the area (as I arrived early), fresh sandwiches left in the room...

"Es un Pub que en la parte de arriba tiene varias habitaciones muy coquetas y limpias. Bien conectado, a unos 10 min de la estación de Kings cross andando por zona segura. El desayuno, muy rico, lo pides el día antes y decides si lo quieres en el Pub o en la habitación. 100% recomendable"
